What's included in the price?+
The price includes the hair, service and travel.
How is the travel fee calculated?+
Free within 40 miles. 41–50 mi adds $25, 51–75 mi adds $50, and 76–100 mi adds $80. Beyond 100 miles, reach out and we'll confirm availability and travel pricing together. The exact amount appears on your booking screen before you submit.
Do I really not need to bring my own hair?+
Correct! Hair is included for every service!
How should I prep my hair?+
All I need you to do is have clean, washed, fully detangled, and blow-dried hair. No heavy oils, gels, or product buildup. I'll take care of everything else!
How long do appointments take?+
Medium-sized styles take 5–7.5 hours, and small styles take 8–11 hours, depending on length and size. Please schedule your appointment on a day when you have no other commitments, such as work, travel, or prior engagements. This ensures a relaxed experience and allows ample time for your style to be completed without rushing.
What's your philosophy on hair health?+
Every style I install is lightweight, low-tension, and built around the health of your edges. I do not braid tight. If your scalp ever feels uncomfortable during the session, please tell me right away — we'll adjust.
Is there a deposit?+
Yes! There is a $40 non-refundable deposit that is required to lock in your appointment. The deposit goes toward your final total.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Reschedules are honored up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Where exactly will the appointment take place?+
In your home! Please have a clean, well-lit space with a chair (the shorter the better) and an outlet nearby. I also don't mind if you want to be comfortable and get your hair done on your couch!
Do you serve men or kids?+
I do not provide services for men. Children are welcome as long as they are able to sit still comfortably throughout the appointment without any issues.
